Returns & Warranty
- Returns: You have 30 days from receiving to return (unused): Shipping will be charged and a restocking fee of 10%.
- Manufacturing Defects: For any manufacturing defects we will promptly replace and cover return shipping. Please initiate by sending photo evidence to contact@prepwellcookware.com. Photos help us communicate with our manufacturing partners.
- Warranty: Your Supplemental Board is covered with a 24month limited warranty. If it is to break under normal operation, we will replace it for you. Note: scratches occurring from knife use are a normal expectation of cutting boards and are not considered a warranty issue.
