If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage — such as cracks, dents, or significant scratches — please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once verified, Prepwell will:
• Cover the cost of return shipping
• Provide a replacement product or component
In many cases we are able to send a replacement quickly depending on available inventory.
Because our products are produced in small production runs, there may be times when a replacement item is temporarily out of stock. In these cases, a replacement may require 2–3 months until the next production cycle is completed. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we replenish inventory.
30-Day Returns (Unused Items)
If you change your mind after receiving your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product:

Has not been used

Is in original condition
-
Includes all original packaging and components
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund based on the order value.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Limited 2-Year Warranty
All Prepwell products include a limited two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers issues resulting from manufacturing faults during normal household use, including:

Material failures
If a qualifying defect occurs within two years of purchase, Prepwell will replace the affected component at no cost, including shipping.

Wood is a natural material and may develop subtle variations in color and grain over time. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
